Working at CMS means being part of a family business that’s outlasted five generations and being treated like family while you’re here. You’ll start on a crew of six to eight, learn the trade hands-on from foremen and journeymen who’ve been doing this for decades, and train in our in-house training center during the winter months when we’re not on roofs. We promote from within first: roofers move into foreman roles, foremen into estimating, and skilled tradespeople into positions like mechanic or safety coordinator, as long as they put in the time and show they want it. What we look for is simple: show up with a positive attitude, take pride in your work, and we’ll take care of you. It’s a two-way street.

Open Positions

These are the roles we’re actively looking to fill. Field positions start around $20 an hour, with health, vision, and dental insurance, a 401k, PTO and paid holidays, and time-and-a-half after 40 hours. You’ll train on the job under foremen and journeymen who’ve been doing this for years, and when a role opens up above where you’re at, we look at our own crew first before we hire from outside. Field Laborer / Skilled Roofer: Joins a crew of six to eight for tear-off and install work. Comfortable with heights, able to lift at least 50 lbs.
