Solar:   Solar panels are a fascinating trend that is both environmentally friendly as well as technologically advanced. We were one of the first contractors to install a photovoltaic roof system in Northeast Indiana. With some adjustments and enhancements done to the roofing membranes, we look and hope to see more growth for this product in the future. 

Green:  As more people start to become environmentally conscious, the demand for green roofs will continue to grow.  CMS Roofing has experience in all types of “Green” roofs such as environmentally conscious membranes (high reflectivity) all the way to actual live vegetation roofs. We like the challenge of going outside the box and being able to go above and beyond.
